So, you can build the algorithm where the ad maker can use some placeholder as <Name of Viewer> and start his communication.

If the viewer's name is John, and he is watching some of his fav videos when in-between an ad starts for admission in some university.

So, ad conversation could be like below

For example:

Hey <John>, Hope you are doing good, then bla bla bla….

You may get more attention from the user.
